St Pauls Recreation Park patrol???
We came via St Paul Park this evening and seen an abandoned scooter that was cleaning stolen and abandoned. It was leaking fuel which is literally opposite the children playground and so when we got home we called the police (not 999) to report this situation. I spoke to an officer who said they knew about this robbery as we gave the license plate and apparently nothing was being done. I then had to call a number for Hounslow council who said the would make a note of it and do something. It has since been interfere with by local kids. what happens if this already logged stolen bike blows up because of leaking fuel? Who is liable? Why is this clearly such a low end crime? Nothing has happened to resolve this situation by police, Hounslow or our so called park patrol. Where is this so called Park Patrol? Why are stolen vehicles left to linger where they are left as this not the first time this has happened? I have seen it myself on Grosvenor road where a bike has been left for weeks and I hear a bike went missing on Lateward Road with no return... is it lying somewhere because no one in authority cares to get returned or at least picked up? Where is Park Patrol? What is there function and on a deeper level what is our council tax paying for in terms of local monitoring and protection?
