I have come face to face with those women, they talk over you and do not give you much of a chance to put your point of view, one even called me a liar when shown evidence of a problem.There is a serous problem with the staff in that department.

Been on before - only goes to show how appalling the situation is and how awful Hounslow have got. Councillors should be raging about the lack of money for building real affordable housing, not meekly rolling over and banging on about 'affordable' housing which is nothing of the sort.
