Paragon of (very) early morning calls

A resident of the Paragon development (on the corner of Boston Manor Road - the University site) has written to me complaining that he gets woken up most mornings, typically at 3am, by a loud announcement saying something like "you will be caught on CCTV and taken to court".Trouble is, he doesn't know where it is coming from, so hard to know who to ask to tone it down/whatever.Anybody else have this problem, and can anyone suggest where this emanates from? This noise was disturbing the peace as we sat in the sunshine in Boston Manor Park (on the playing field) this afternoon. It's definitely automated, as it was repeated identically, multiple times. It seemed to be coming from the sky-ish direction, so the recycling centre makes sense.Whatever's triggering it makes it be played out twice in quick succession, so we heard it six times in about 20 minutes. Infuriating!Guy, if you can get it turned down/off, please do!

Guy, I have heard it as well from Layton Rd. I thought it was the petrol station on the A4 junction Ealing Road. Believe could be a warning so drivers don't leave without paying. Either automated or someone on a PA. Cheers Steve

Thanks Peter. Wow, quite a way from Transport Avenue to the Paragon. Assuming you're right this mist blight BMR and places like The Ride, Clitherow Rd, Manor Vale as well.Any residents of these roads reading this website?

can also be heard in Enfield Rd.I walk my dog,s in Boston Manor Park and can hear the announcement,it is coming from the recycling center in Transport Ave.

Almost certainly an automatic intruder alarm with poorly set detection zones.  First port of call would be any local area that is not occupied out of hours.The regularity of the disturbance may be linked to local wildlife movement possibly?
