Anyone seen any Tory placards outside people's houses?

Have seen red Labour Ruth Cadbury placards outside many homes in Chiswick and Brentford. Am yet to see a Tory one anywhere. Anyone seen one - or do the Tory voters in the constituency keep a low profile for security reasons?

Even worse jams to come as St Johns Road is closed for the rest of the week.  If there had been a barrier on Church Street they could have opened it in an emergency such as this.  What is this going to do to emergency vehicle call outs?

Yes, Labour has lost Isleworth because of Church Street. Labour has caused the worst traffic chaos and highest pollution ever and in Hounslow, Labour does not subscribe to democracy. Despotism rules.

There are quite a few Labour posters on display in Brentford.  Their relative absence in Isleworth is probably down to Church Street.

I have seen a decent handful for Ruth in Osterley but the only Tory one I have seen was in Henley-upon-Thames...

My sole point, which seemed to inspire John's little bitchy remark (don't these people just know how to get the voters onside?), was that Tory voters are traditionally shy about displaying posters.  Everybody knows Twickenham will be a fight between the Tories and Lib Dems, with Labour a distant third, and yet the posters there are nearly all Lib Dem with a few for Labour and the Tories.I guess the conclusion I was drawing is that the number of posters on display is not necessarily indicative of how a vote will go in any particular ward or constituency.  Unless you are a small party or group (as the ICG was) trying to demonstrate relevance and credibility, it doesn't really mean a great deal.

There is one for Ruth opposite ASDA in Isleworth but that's the only one I have seen and not even seen any posters at allWe did receive a newsletter from Ruth which of course did not mention Corbyn and Labour also knocked at my door on Saturday and honestly looked amazed when we said we would not be voting for them

Actually spotted my one and only Tory poster in a window in Whitton (Twickenham constituency)for Tania Mathias, area seems covered in Lib Dem placards and posters plus they have a shop in Whitton High St. May well see Vince Cable back. Here in B&I overwhelmingly in favour of Ruth.

Conscientious about remaining conscious or conscious of being conscientious,  perhaps.  Or perhaps it's meaningless Tory newspeak like strong and stable. Possibly they mean it's great to be credible and conscious rather than Labour which they believe is incredible and unconscious.

I've seen a number of Zac Goldsmith posters just over the water around the Kew Gardens Station area. What seems odd is that a number of them have a notice pinned to them about them being protected by CCTV. Whose idea was that and why?

Strange assumption for me too! After the way we've been treated here in Isleworth many of us have had food for thought, old loyalties can no longer be taken for granted.

Can we assume Phil and Vanessa have placards for Ruth outside their property?I've seen conservative  placards and had very positive responses  whilst canvassing for Mary  Macleod.A credible consciousness  hard working candidate.

One very seldom sees Tory posters anywhere, during any election.  I suppose Tory voters feel they would lower the value of their properties by displaying them.
