Filming on the morning of Friday 7 July 2017

Dear allWe are a voluntary group of residents based in Brentford, West London, doing what we can to improve our air quality locally by positive action. We are hoping to make a short child-lead film with Green Dragon Primary School and Doctors Against Diesel this Friday morning, 7 July. It's taken a while to confirm the date and now we need to find someone to make it.Do you happen to know anyone who could help us with this? We have no funds... however this is an opportunity to work on a project with a good cause and we hope that it will receive substantial online publicity.Nicolafor Air Quality Brentford@agreenerlondon

I did provide a link to the data in my post.If you go to the link, you will see the data comes from the London Atmospheric Emissions Inventory and there is detailed information about the source data and methodology used to collect it.  All of the source data is published and available on spreadsheets if you would like to do your own analysis.I took a quick look at FairFuelUK's website and I could not see any explanation or source for their claims - perhaps you could give the link to the source data they are using?I note that FairFuelUK is run by motor journalist, Quentin Wilson and do not make any secret of the fact that they are a lobbying organisation for drivers.Personally, I would give greater credence to data collected by the GLA than information published by a motoring lobby group with no explanation where it comes from.

The best angle to take this sort of film is from Childs head height so you can see what they see.  If you have access to some go pros you could ask some children to record their walk to school.

Sorry Michael, can you please give the link to your table? Ideally with the explanation of the methods used for the study?Unfortunately after the previous campaign promoting diesel vehicles as much more health and environmentally friendly I have doubts in the study results provided by politicians to general public. And motorists seem to be the easiest target for populist politicians.

Nicola, there is a Youtube channel called BrentfordTV who seem to film a lot around the area. I don't know who they are but there maybe an email link for them on Youtube. Good luck

Diesel car drivers are easier to demonise than bus drivers, those with central heating or HGV drivers.
