BRS CPZ Review

Got the letter from the council about how it's going. Personally, I think it's working pretty well- the only change I'd make is extending evenings so it ran 7-9pm. I don't understand the claims about non-locals parking in the mornings/afternoons. Generally I don't have a problem. Then again, I'm not too bothered about not being able to park outside my front door. Anybody else got any thoughts?(for what it's worth, I voted against the imposition in the first place)

Won't be able to park anywhere in Brentford without paying at this rate. I can see businesses leaving the area in droves since their customers/employees will have nowhere to park

We have just received information about the proposed CPZ for the West part of the Northumberland Estate.  One of the first things which came to mind was how it would be lovely and beneficial for all parties to see the comments being made by other people involved.  With all this technology it wouldn't take much to set up a dedicated page for a 'consultation' giving comments as they are received.  Could be listed as 'Resident of x road' or 'Resident of X area'.  Any further comments to be sent in directly, not added to the comments page.  I would welcome the chance to see the comments and to be able agree or disagree with them as I make my own submission.
