Wheelie bin was "borrowed" to remove charity donations

There are a significant number of people who are very aware of the perpetrators of this selfish theft........CCTV evidence also exists so I look forward to criminal charges being brought and naming & shaming

Not sure what this posting means.  Did the wheelie bin come back?  We were previously told that if a wheelie bin was stolen it was a police matter.
