Estate Mice!!

Surely if ressidents are being asked to pay £120 for a pest exterminator there will constantly be problems of mice infestation?Living in a residential block makes the likelyhood of mice fairly high, then add to that the fact that your landlord says that the tenant has to pay for any treatment when they are surrounded by other tenants who won't or can't pay,seems like a completely pointless situation. Am I alone in thinking the council should make a concertive effort in treating the entire blocks to attempt to eradicate the continual problem?

I fully agree with you. You cannot treat only a part of the block as mice move around. Its not like say damp which can be seen and treated.
