Virgin TV problems

Hi, according to Virgin Media the reason I have a problem with their TV service is due to a fault in the TW area.  This has been going on for a month now and appears to involve broadband too.  Is anyone else having problems?

Funny you should say that Lithuania has highest broad band penetration we are 9th. Speed is also bad here but as a consolation we pay dear.

I was fobbed off for 3 weeks by call staff at Virgin Media with this response. Engineer came yesterday and resolved problem in 10 mins.

Strange you should write on this.  My broadband was extremely slow today.  Watchdog programme talked with Virgin on their programme who advised that they are not performing up to scratch on this.  We still pay the money for a service but don't get the performance!  Must be because we are British!!!!!  Seems to be okay now though.
