Residents parking permits

I have just managed (I hope successfully) to renew our residents parking permit on line. Trouble is I'm not sure that I've done it correctly i.e. submitted all the relevant documents.  I thought we didn't need to submit them for renewals if nothing had changed.  Does anyone know if there is a way to find out if my application was received and if it is correct. Many thanks in advance.

My daughter completed my application for me last Friday 29/9 successfully so far as we can tell.  Hopefully the permit is on its way to me although I cannot yet see any signs anywhere informing anyone of this cpz and would therefore not be particularly surprised if its inception were to be delayed.

We live on Clayponds Avenue where they are due to bring in residents permits next week. We need need to buy them on the Hounslow web site however, initially Clayponds Ave was not listed and now the website is down. Has anyone bought the new permits yet and, if so, how?Thanks, Jo

On the Hounslow website I noticed this on the Parking Renewals page:"If you have any concerns/questions regarding your permit application please email LBHEasiPermits@serco.com"

On the Ealing website you can look to see when your permit runs out.  It is the last of the options on the right hand side of the Parking Renewal page.  This is very important because we no longer have paper tickets on the windscreen.We didn't need to submit any documents for a renewal.

Last time we bought a permit it was not on line. Think you have to send documents first time you renew electronically.
