Is there anyone who knows of women's self defense classes nearby? I am really keen to start but, despite trawling the internet, can't find anything local.

Hi Jane, not sure they specifically do self defence but there are quite a few classes run at the Fit4Less gym at the south side junction of Ealing Rd and the A4.The staff there are helpful and may know somewhere that does them.
