Garden Waste Special

I've  had numerous emails from LBH on this and tried repeadedly to take it up via the website link which just doesn't work for me. Every time I try to register, no email comes back to me as it's supposed to, so cul-de-sac. Anyone else? Meantime trying to phone and, as I write, "my position in the queue is eight."

Before I lose the will to live can anybody enlighten me as to how signing up for this service is possible online...have tried registering on LBH's site eight times now and every one generates an email reply with a link that doesn't work? Could be me but somehow I doubt it!

Well done (both Mike & Guy).  Don't ever believe it is just always you especially where big bureaucratic organisations or technology is involved!  It takes two to tango.

Thanks to Guy Lambert for assistance in this matter, now sorted. However, I have sent a note to LBH because I do think there is a fault in their online processing which I expect will affect a few, not just me.
