Our street isn't on a delivery round for The informer - occasionally I see the lad doing the delivery and he gives me a copy, otherwise if I call on a friend in a block of flats there is normally an ample pile in their front entrance hall. The deliveries to flats and maisonettes is a nightmare - one son took on a round and I ended up working his notice week, so I know from first hand experience! This week we received the Guardian. It came with a copy of The Londoner which is mostly updating us on the Olympic bid although there is a pull-out-centre-page display on the expansion of the congestion charge zone - to the West of London; sorry, I meant the proposed congestion charge zone, of course.
