I know this is a strange question but has anyone seen a BIFFA waste bin in this area..?

Just looked on Google -"BIFFAAlso found in: Dictionary, Wikipedia.Acronym DefinitionBIFFA British Isles Flying Fifteen Association (UK)"Can't think that's what it means in Brentford's case.  Also found out BIFFA was the surname of the family that started what is now an enormous UK waste management company.  Still not found a picture of a Biffa Bin though.
