Hounslow does it again!

Just two weeks after the local elections Hounslow already appears in Private Eye's 'Rotten Boroughs'.There's Nisar Malik (L) under investigation for a series of social media posts, peddling conspiracy theories about Syria, the US and Israel.Then comes Khulique Malik (L) found guilty of harassing a female councillor, and suspended for six months. Last - but not least - Afzaal Kiani (L) previously suspected of being a national security risk. Dismissed from his job as an immigration officer by the Home Office, losing his case at an employment tribunal. Suspected that he might abuse his position to assist his wife's business dealing with work permits, citizenship and immigration appeals.How lucky can we get? The question is, why were these people allowed to be candidates?

Are you alleging that Mr. Andrews firebombed your house? I must say the people on here who are quick to rush to your defence asking for evidence when your bona fides are called into question seem from their silence to be prepared to accept your very serious allegation at face value. Did you call the police? Has anyone been charged? Was anyone even interviewed? Meanwhile back at the ranch, the lack of condemnation and excusing of your childish threats on the part of the political people on here seems to confirm that your antics and threats have some form of official sanction, thereby implicating themselves in your actions. They might wish to think well on this if your threats are carried out and investigations follow.

But the question is; why doesn't Lambert or England or Anne answer Vanessa's question?  The rest is all childish gibberish but Lambert is allegedly one of the head honcho in the local labour group and England is a die hard supporter who believes labour can do nothing wrong.  From what I can gather (and she will correct me if I am wrong) Vanessa has been a life long loyal labour supporter but when she asks an open question of the local regime, she gets verbally abused. Why?

Where was Sheila Bryan when Sue Sampson had her house fire bombed and we all wonder who was behind that don't we!Andrews tried to use Mark as a stick to beat Sue with but Sue told him what he had said about him and now he's an angry man. Typical ICG like giving it out but not so good at taking it when the boots on the other foot. Well Phil you can run but you can't hide lol.

On the other hand Jean, if you were really serious about adding to the discussion, you could contribute your thoughts on the subject so that people could debate like adults as you put it. I refer of course to your first post on this thread is the second post on this subject. If not you are being obtuse imo.

You seem to like to perpetuate whatever is going on, if indeed there is anything going on. Many people have had their car window smashed at one time or another, including me. If you have 'certain knowledge' of something, spit it out or go and speak to the person concerned.

SheilaIf you are referring to the comments about myself towards the end of the post by "Mary Booley", I didn't really consider them threatening precisely because I made the same assumption as yourself as to their origin (although the use of a nom de plume by definition makes it impossible to be certain about which particular one amongst their number actually did the deed).In my twleve years or so of dealing with this particular bunch I have had one of my car windows broken at a time when the perpetrator knew that my wife and I were not at home, a group photo posed for immediately outside my front door and, to my certain knowledge, at least one silly rumour circulated around a local estate about my private life.  No matter how much blather is issued I am not expecting anything more daring or heroic to be performed by these particular people anytime soon.The irony of it all is that I withdrew from local politics over two years ago, but it seems that when you upset these nutjobs it is for life (and the sight of anybody engaging in any kind of community activity outside of their own orbit is evidently most upsetting).So whilst I am grateful for your apparent concern, the police would probably be better left to devoting their increasingly scarce resources to tackling some real gangsters.  Now if you'll excuse me, I must return to my secret hideout for a few more months until I get the all-clear to venture tentatively out onto the mean streets of Isleworth once more (lol).

Where is the physical threat?If you are as sure as you say you are that'the person using this ID is well known to be a Hounslow Councillor', why not just name them? I have no idea who this person is other than who she says she is.

Personally I think the people who post under clearly false names are best treated with the contempt they deserve. They are obviously in a minority as far as regulars on here are concerned - they really aren't that important are they?

Re the post signed Mary Booley, am I reading this wrong or is this a physical threat directed against one of the people using this Community Forum? Is everybody else using this thread so relaxed about this?As it seems the person using this ID is well known to be a Hounslow councillor should we infer by the silence of her comrades that issuing thinly veiled physical threats now has official sanction from the Hounslow council leadership, including the one who posts here on these forums? Has it all come to this? I have to say I am minded to draw the attention of this to the police.

Well at least some of us don't hide behind false names. All any of us ask is that councillors with just a touch of integrity are elected rather than people who have dubious backgrounds. I'm not sure what the connection is with the soon to be beatified current Mayor................

You would have thought you would have knocked it on the head and called it a day Vanessa Smith, all your moaning, after the stunning election result where Councillor Sue Sampson topped the poll, absolutely stuffing the Lib Democrats and Tories and also beating the other two Labour candidates who were elected on a wave of her popularity and respect for what she has done for Isleworth. But no it seems your going to carry on moaning all the way to the next elections and beyond, how very very sad. Still at least your not in hiding like your friend and fellow has-been Andrews who has gone to ground avoiding Mark Welland, well you shouldnt go around falsely accusing people of being UKIP supporters should you now Phil lol.
