Planning aplication for the destruction of Morrisons

One again Houslow Council have been bullied by greedy developers and allowed them to demolish a well used supermarket.and put up more expensive flats and appartments.When are the council going to listen to the residents, and take notice of what residents want,not what the greedy developers can push through.To all the councilors who back the development-SHAME ON You.

Yes, this really is disappointing on so many levels. The riveside developments in Isleworth seem very tasteful. Fitzroy Lodge for example, even though I don't know how they managed to get a gate with a padlock put up on the Thames Public footpath. It's still accessible but gives the impression it isn't. We are all equal....But to get back to Morrisons. Again a thriving local business being closed down and the height of the flats dwarf The Beehive. They should look at the flats at the end of York Road, only 3 levels and look very good. Took the developer 10 years to get permission there. Just saying.

The town planning for Brentford dating back to the mid 60's defies belief.  I have lived here over 30 years, and its all been hot air and missed oportunities in all that time.  I have seen the all other major riverside areas being mainly being developed to improve the area.  BUT NOT BRENTFORD

You do realise that BRENTFORD is the cash Cow for our leaders, l suspect all other proposals in the pipeline will be signed off regardless of what Brentford might become, namely a dormitory town
