Bin Corrals have to wait but Mini Bus gets Grant

We have been fighting for 4 and half years for bin corrals on the estate and we have been told twice that funding was there for the project but then told different. In December we were given plans of the new corrals which would start this year,now we are getting told it needs funding...HOWEVER the Boxing club on Ivybridge gets funding for a brand new mini bus...

Perhaps the boxing club has contacts in high places? After all that is a far more glamorous project than bins.......
