We hear that Mary Harpley is leaving. Oh dear how she will be missed. We here call her Harpy for obvious reasons. CPZ, parking fines. She has piled misery after misery on residents.

Mary Harpley is Chief Executive - she does not make policies, so you are placing the blame for the things that irk you at the wrong feet. Councillors make policies not officers. Personally if I was facing another four years of Kim Jong Curran I'd leave too.
