AnthonyMix blue with red and you get purple, which as it happens was the colour adopted by Ken Livingstone when he stood as an independent in the London Mayoral election of 2000 and was elected with an overwhelming majority. Then, having denounced the wanton slaughter of over 1,000,000 innocent people in Iraq (through war and sanctions), he promptly rejoined the party which had heartily endorsed Britain's participation in said slaughter and became once again a party puppet, or a muppet, which is where this unscrupulous tosspot remains today. As for me I'll stick with my green rosette, and if anybody mistakes me for a representative of the Green Party then I don't have a problem with that. But I won't be mixing blue with red to make purple for fear of being confused with the artist formally known as Red Ken but shortly, no doubt, to become Lord Livingstone of Brent.I hope this clarifies my position for you. :o)
