It's not just Greenspace 360 that indulges in this gobbledegook. Talk Talk go through a good 10 mins of nonsense telling me how important I am to them, how much they want to help me, how very important I am, they're there to do nothing else but help me. Now I'm am downright rude I suppose, as soon as they start, I interrupt to say I know I'm of vital importance and they want to help - so PLEASE LISTEN TO ME and reply in simple terms or put me through to a person who will actually help! Grr. Several other companies indulge in this too. Mostly LBH but they are not alone, I've had emailed answers back where the bod replying has obviously never read a single word of my original complaint. It has taken three or more "goes" before I've elicited a proper response. I have a feeling these companies must employ the uneducated to act as baffles/padding between the public and the man/woman supposedly in control in the fond hope I'll give up and go away!
