Ah yes, but 'the people' voted for it. I'm still waiting for anybody who voted that way to tell me why, particularly as the change was demonstrably unnecessary.On top of that, what no doubt some of those who voted 'Yes' failed to realise is that they will now have to pay for two lines on the visitors' permit instead of one should they have a visitor, carer or workman come during these times. At the moment that would be £1.60 with every chance that the charge per hour will rise = £2.00 per visit = £4.00 per day.The people have spoken and those who don't like the change but didn't bother to vote needn't bother to complain once the new times become operational (8 Oct.).
