Johnson’s Island, Brentford..isn't that good news?

The story on the front page of this website about the tasteful developement of this little hidaway..just along from the Brewery Tap Pub..is good to hear.Anyone called in there yet?  It seems to bode well for Brentford's renaissance. Together with the New Piano Museum..when it opens..and the busy Kew Steam Museum..and adjoining art studios...things are looking up..dare one say.

Yes would be the answer - the site is great and it looks like something really interesting is going to be created. The Music Museum on the other hand is an ugly building even by Brentford's low standards - looks like they used materials left over from the Travellodge.
