Residents parking permits when moving house
Hi all - hoping for some advice. We have Residents Parking Permits which were not cheap and have a lot of time left to run. however, we're moving out of the Borough of Hounslow. I can't find any information online about whether we might be able to get some of our money back, or how we might go about doing this. Has anyone had any experience with this issue, or advice to impart? TIA
