CPZ Enforcement over Christmas

Because of the way Christmas falls this year a lot of people could have friends/family staying with them on Christmas Eve (a Monday).Any chance that Hounslow Council will not enforce the CPZ on that day?Here's hoping!

Sadly it looks like CPZ parking is only free on the Bank Holidays.

It’s a bit confusing, does it mean CPZs are free or does “on street” refer to something else?

Last year's notice about parking was posted on 8 December.  I can't find anything about this year's arrangements.
