Thanks Emma..i just think there is enough bad stuff happening in the worl and i should no as my 9yr old daughter is suffering with leukemia and the days are bad enough so wen my good friend sent it to me it cracked me up!!Thanks again emma for bein on my side ha ha

Simon,I enjoyed your joke.  I think it gets a bit lost when it is viewed on a computer at home as you are not trying to hide it from anyone, unlike the one I opened at work the other day requesting that I switch the volume to full, to be met by a similar flashing screen but with the added vocals of 'The boss is a ####!!'  Mmm, took a while for the heartbeat to return to 72!

Come on everyone lighten up life is so short and horrible things can happen just like that i just wanted to make people laugh whats wrong with that?when it was sent to me i laughed my socks off and i fell about laughing it left me in stitches.why does everything on this forum have to be serious why cant people post things up that mkes people forget what is happening in the world thats bad and laugh?Shivon isnt to bad we r waiting on a wheelchair for her now as she cant walk far but thaks for asking.The reason i am doing the parachute jump to raise more money for GOSH is that they take care off my little girl and i want to give something back to them it is a great hospital...we ae in the Hounslow & Isleworth Informer today

I don't normally look up many of the links, but I did on this occasion.  I agree with Jim.  Simon, you must have lots of things you could start a discussion about.  How is your daughter getting along through the NHS system?  Why do you need to do these big fund raising events when surely the Government funds Gt Ormond Street?We were really miffed when Harefield was sold off for Housing, sending all the heart patients into the middle of London.  So much private money was raised for areas such as the Eric Morcombe section (which we contributed to) that it seems amazing that they had the right to just sell it off.  Does anyone know if they transferred his name to the new Hospital?

And as for placing it on the Chiswick Forum too...Isleworthians and Brentfordians may feel a bit embarrassed.Why not introduce some pleasant discussion..it doesn't have to be cultural or historical.
