I have also heard that when the move is completed into the new offices a lot of staff will work from home, and Hounslow want to put a lot more online. So anyone thinking they can 'phone up and actually communicate with a human will be out of luck, they also seem incapable of understanding that not everyone is online or even wants to communicate like that. Hounslow seem to think that a lot of people have nothing better to do than trawl through their not user friendly website looking for things, first you'd have to guess just where what you want can be found. It seems as well that if paperwork is sent by post it will have to be scanned if it requires forwarding on to a specific person who may be at home at the end of their computer. They are doing a customer services survey (now. now stop the laughing). You can get the forms by post or complete online, contact Sue Austin 8583 3391 or susan.austin@hounslow.go.ukThe new address for Hounslow Council will be 7 Bath Rd. Hounslow TW3 3EB and the inspiring name? Hounslow House - that obviously took took some dreaming up..............
