Also a lot of Brits abroad were not allowed to vote. However this was going to be changed. So there might be even more to remain now.

Provided I have located the correct information 'the total no. of parliamentary electors in each of the UK constituent countries' (2017) is as follows: England 38,693,900; Wales 2,261,200; Scotland 3,950,600; Northern Ireland 1,242,300 = 46,148,000 in all.46,148,000 - 2,138,983 = only 44,009,017 to go.
