A recent decision by the High Court regarding blanket injunctions may be giving Hounslow pause for thought.https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/may/17/travellers-challenge-to-ban-on-camping-on-public-land-upheld-bromley-london?CMP=share_btn_link At least an injunction was allowed to the extent of prohibiting fly-tipping.

I think you have to do both and be seen to do it ie more publicity.There is quite a lot of parliamentary work been done on this.

Of course you are never going to stop some people using cheap, illegal services...even with the threat of fines.The key is to come down heavily on those that run such services. Court summons,fines, imprisonment, vehicle seized. None of this seems to happen....even with evidence and the perpetrators known whereabouts !

How are you going to warn all the householders who fall for their cheap tarmac drives and cash in hand rubbish removal, and roof mending that gets more and more expensive...  They can bankrupt a small business... No to mention the small business owners who feel it is good to get someone with their own transport to take away their old and faulty fridges.

I hope Hounslow Council work on the injunction to stop this carry on They occupy a site,leaving loads of trash that the council have to clear up-a lot of wasted time,manpower and money. Why are they allowed to do this time and time again.Come on new chief executive of the Council-act now and show the residents what you are made of,we need action NOT words !!!
