Brentford Historians Please!

I want to find out when the old brick and iron foot/horse bridge over the canal was demolished, and when some time later, the existing footbridge was built that leads from the towpath to Brentford Dock Estates.Anyone know?

The Estate was built on the old site between 1972 and 1978 if that helps. The new bridge must have been built during that time, though the old one had been demolished sometime in the 60's.
