Perfect but unwanted white goods - need charity name

I can't remember but i think there is a charity that will take away perfectly good white goods - electric hob, oven and expensive washing machine.   Unwanted as their kitchen is being re-done completely.  Obviously the electrics have to be  checked over by a safety expert before being given to a needy family. What is the name and contact details please does anyone on here know/remember???

Can we ask Guy Lambert what happens to perfectly good white goods collected?  It would be a shame if it is all scrapped just for the metals whatever the condition.
