Parking Permit Refund
My car is no more and I would like to apply for a refund on my parking permit (paid for in April). I can't find how to do this online although - unless dreaming - I saw that this was possible online some time ago. I can't see anything under Documents Downloads - Parking Permits and nothing relevant comes up with a search.Really, shouldn't this be more easy? I seem to remember the information when I found it before said something about sending the permit in. I don't know where to though and whether any other information is needed. Seems like a needless headache. Can anybody help with easy to follow instructions please?Thanks in advance.
