Absolutely not Paul. I'm mean, Alan told us himself that the Labour Party had a contract with Regal Distributions to deliver his party's GLA election leaflets separately, and that the fact that in the event they ended up going out with HM Magazine was an unfortunate misunderstanding. There is no good reason why we should not take his word for it.Oh, except that...1. There was no mention of a contract with Regal in Labour's election expense returns, as there would need to have been by law if what he had told us was correct.And...2. The local Labour Party's propensity for telling lies has since been adequately demonstrated by the admission of his colleague Vanessa Smith (who still holds office in the party) that she lied under oath at Brentford County Court, upon which Alan and his party have persistently refused to comment.And...3. Our borough's two New Labour MPs both continue to exploit a loophole in the allowances system which allows them to claim public money for a home which they do not need, and neither they nor Alan are prepared to give any of their constituents an explanation for same.Other than that, a throughly honest and trustworthy chap representing a thoroughly honest and trustworthy party, wouldn't you say?
