O'Riordans Closed?

O'Riordans pub opposite the Jet petrol station seems to be closed for last couple of months. Does anyone what is the plan moving forward on the site?

Planning application is still in the mill. There was a planning application to turn it into a block of flats.  Not sure whether it went through.  Guess they needed to show that the pub wasn't a going concern.
