Signing up for garden waste collection

We'd like to sign up to have our garden waste collected from the start of the next Council Tax year. The Hounslow Council website is not fantastically helpful - would anyone be able to give us a steer on how to do this? Thanks in advance.

They used to offer a discount if you signed up early but that seems to have stopped so no point in doing so before the beginning of April.

According to 'Hounslow Matters' - "You can sign up for next year's 2020/1 service, which will run from 1 April 2020 - 31 March 2021 from February 1st 2020 - Go to www.hounslow.gov.uk/gardenwaste"
