Green Dragon Lane road closure?

I see on roadworks.org that there is work starting on Green Dragon Lane for footway resurfacing between 6th Jan and 14th Feb, which suggests there will be road closure.  I have received no further details through the door and nothing available online.The last time they did work on Green Dragon Lane it caused all sorts of problems for parking as nothing is offered to displaced residents,Anyone know more?

The road works are to allow a new footpath along Green Dragon lane 1st phase is between Temeraine place and Titan court should be finished by 10th Feb 2nd phase between Titan Ct and boundy with Burford Rd. Traffic will be controlled by stop go boards

We live Green Dragon Lane/Kew rd and we have not received any notice of road works eaither
