Dogwalker not picking up poo, Ferry Lane

This morning,I was delighting in sitting by the river near Poppadums, on a small patch of grass near the lock gates - lovely place to walk to away from self-isolation! Along came dog-owner with beagle-type dog, which relieved itself - in a big way :( - close to me. Dog-owner on phone, contined on, leaving me with what the dog left. Please cd dog-owners pick up their poo!!! Esp at this time when we need pleasant spaces to calm down in.

Someone along the road to us who has obviously had problems has put a notice on their front fence - 'The dog poo fairy doesn't live here - so pick it up!'. And they've attached a roll of poo bags so no excuses.And I loved this one!https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/253710590546

FQ has plenty of CCTV coverage. They had lovely pictures of the hood over the head of the bloke who nicked my bike a couple of years ago. Fat lot of good it did!

How about a poster of an eye. 'Pick up your poo, we are watching you'.Sounds silly but it could be effective. I think the council have eye posters don't they?

If it's on the public highway you can report it here:https://fms.hounslowhighways.org/There is a specific slot for dog fouling. Unfortunately the Ferry Quays estate is not public highway, nor is the route under the bridge. If it's a persistent problem (and there was a (un)healthy deposit next to where I park my bike the other day, in the same area) we could ask the animal warden at LB Hounslow to intervene but in reality they are not resourced to do much more than perhaps put up a sign or stencil a warning on the ground. The staff on the estate do a stunning job of keeping the place clean but they can't stop the problem occurring

I assume they take the route under the bridge to Lot's Ait, because they never pick up after their dogs there either.How would we go about getting this enforced?
