Griffin Park

Interesting and fairly informative statement from the club a few days ago here.https://www.brentfordfc.com/news/2020/april/an-open-letter-from-jon-varney-cliff-crown-and-the-brentford-fc-board/Although it doesn't give specifics, looks like the senior players have agreed to take a bit of a hit in contrast to many of the Premiership millionaires. But for me the big question is: Have Brentford FC played their last match at Griffin Park? Anyone know?Community Stadium will be late, that's for sure. But much depends on how the Football League decides to wrap up 2019/20 season, I guess.

I certainly want to make 'one last trip'.
As a season ticket holder for almost forty years, the last few years have been awful as my disability has prevented me from attending.
One last bit of nostalgia would be very welcome.
Incidentally, I understand that some senior players have taken pay cuts of two-thirds of their salaries. Premiership 'stars' take not please.

Unlikely, even for next season whenever that may be!The new stadium has to be crowd tested in stages and cannot be measured until all infrastructure facilities return to whatever might be defined as normal. Along with social distancing this could be next year before the ground passes and safety certificate.So Griffin Park may ell be home to the Super Bees for another year.
