Sarah Trimmer Hall

Reading Guy's blog about the estate agents board affixed to Sarah Trimmer Hall, I note that the marketing particulars of the property (available at https://www.acuitus.co.uk/property/3806/) don't even mention the fact that the building is statutorily listed (unless it's within the solicitors legal pack that needs the reader to be registered to view.

It seems a bit bizarre also to sell it through an auction which is comprised almost entirely of retail properties. I see they are 'adding value' by saying it is on Kew Bridge High Street Grrr

I hope a developer can see past the awful photo showing the burnt out Travelodge wrapped round it.

When I looked (early April) it also said it was to be sold by auction on 26th March. Somehow I doubt that happened!
