Domestic Abuse go to Boots

I read this and did not see the connection. I had never read or heard about the connection between pharmacy and domestic abuse. Am I missing something? In other words the story came out of the blue.

It seems to be a new thing: Boots offering a safe space for victims of domestic abuse who struggle to find anywhere to go at the present time.
