I guess it should be OK if all keep at least one metre from our garden boundary to create a safe interpersonal distance from our neighbours when these national Boris BBQs are all in full swing. Presumably households of six can't have any extra guests unless they take it in turns to go outside. There should never be much of a crowd unless it's a small garden, and 'visitors' do need to keep 2 metres away from 'residents', so no hugging or shaking hands or helping with the washing up, and you'll either have to throw the food to them or set up 'ours' and 'theirs' tables, or they bring their own food and plates, etc., as well as cleaning materials for when they use the toilet. A whole new concept of hospitality!
