Does anyone know if the ON-Line Reporting system is down? Have tried it since this morning but keep getting weird error messages

Fix My Street is the standard reporting tool and works very well on a phone or a PC. I made about 6 reports today. Each took less than a minute (a bit longer till you get used to it)
