I imagine because (a) you'd have lots of people trying to exploit the system for financial gain or just because they want to cause trouble for their neighbours or someone they don't like, or (b) just because Mrs. Smith called in to report x, y or z doesn't in itself constitute evidence, so that report needs to be backed up by documented evidence of wrong doing (like a positive breath test for drink driving).I'm greatly amused by the blonde buffoon's response to Ben Bradshaw MP about how supposedly we are a 'freedom loving country' and that goes some way towards explaining why our track and trace system is so useless compared with other countries. Whilst also saying "it is very hard for the British population uniformly to obey and follow guidelines".So apparently most other countries aren't freedom loving and there's some kind of connection between being freedom loving and not doing as you are told, and err, well that's basically it so we just have to hope that the public put doing what they are told before their freedom. Which might stand a chance if you were in Day 1 of the job, but when you're months into the job and your credibility is at rock bottom isn't it more likely that people are going to laugh at you ?.Ask 3 members of the government what the latest changes mean and you'll get 3 different answers.
