Turnham Green Event - this Saturday (17th Sept), 9.00 - 4.00pm

There is an event this Saturday @ Turnham Green, with some 50 stalls inc. Sian's Showstoppers Drama Academy. Not as big as the Brentford Festival, but hoping the weather will be good & we can have a great day!Sian's Showstoppers runs a childrens drama class in Brentford @ St Paul's Church Centre, St Paul's Rd on Thursdays @ 4.30-5.30pm.The Youth Theatre - for teenagers - is as above but @ 5.30-6.30pm.(Classes also in Chiswick, Ealing, Isleworth & Kensal Rise).  For more info. see www.siansshowstoppers.co.uk or call Sian on 07952 098117.

Hi DebbieNo problem about last Thurs - great if you can make it this week.  I saw your posting re the Watermans Park incident - how dreadful!  Glad he was OK.Yes, we saw the Brentford & Chiswick Times and that Sian's Showstoppers was in there - thanks for that.If you've checked out Sian's website (www.siansshowstoppers.co.uk) you'll see that Sian went to Arts Ed too!The Youth Theatre is for teenagers - don't know how old your son is, but presumably 11+ & as he's already doing some vocational training, that should be fine - best talk to Sian (07952 098117).Re fees, I don't think Sian is doing anything cheaper than £5 a lesson, but it's best to have a chat with Sian about it though.  You say a couple of people have asked about cheaper lessons & all feedback is very welcome, so thanks for letting us know.Sorry not to reply earlier, must admit I didn't see your posting until now.  Just in case you try to contact me again, I'm going into hosp. for an op. tomorrow, so won't be able to log on again for a week or so.  :-(Speak to you soon, Lynn.

Hi lynn first appolgy for not making the class for my daughter thursday unfortunatly my sons friend who was visiting us whos 10 was threatened by 14year olds and made to go to  the watermans park and forced him into the river and was told if he didnt they would beat him up and take his bike so when he managed to get out of the river he was in such a bad way i had to call the police and take him home poor little boy i have made a statement to police and the brentford wardens.anyway i will try this week i saw your add in the paper today did you see me in the brentford and chiswick times today i did mention you in there.Hows it going and a couple of people asked me if you do any cheaper fees than £5 a lesson? what age are the youth thearte my son is at arts ed.Thanks Debbie
