Apparently Syon Green is a Middle Super Output Area (a neighbourhood geography construct used for collating national statistics Census Data into areas averaging 7,200 people ) E02000539and a zoomable boundary map can be viewed athttps://www.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=b87e8dc575474b298474e8081218c82bI would guess the centre of it to be St.John's Road park with a boundary from the northern part of the Mogden site and Redlees Park , northwards along Twickenham Road , down Mill Plat and Hepple Close (to include the West Mid Hospital) along the lake in Syon Park and then to cut across to London Road and include Acacia Avenue and a bit of Almond Grove to get to Syon Park Station. And then back along the railway line, past Isleworth station to the St. John's Road Bridge, and through Woodlands along Riverside Walk and along Oak Lane to get back to Mogden. Presumably to get the population roughly right, there are a couple of streets to the east of Twickenham Road added (Algar Road, Byfield Road, North Street,Isleworth).
