For the Record...........

Three weeks have gone by since I wrote my THIRD letter to our gracious MP......and still no reply to Nov.'s(04)  letter, to Mar.'s letter with copies of Nov.'s and now Sep. with copies of Nov's AND Mar.'s.  I know the holiday isn't over.....but I thought MP's were supposed to be looking after their constituencies during 'part' of their break!  Law suits take time and are all consuming, I guess!

Just to keep you up to date!  Red letter day!  I have had a letter from our MP.  Not, mind you IN REPLY to my recent (Mar/Nov) but......frankly, I don't know what she IS reply to!Firstly,  Name misspelled!'Thank you for your letter of 23 Aug.  I am surprised that you say that I have never replied to you when I have detailed records going back to 2002 which show that I have written to you on several occasions.........etc. etc.'Not received - apart from election letter.The actual subject matter of my letters is not mentioned and my letters to which I referred were in 2004 NOT 2002.  Is she THAT behind in her correspondence?  She goes on to say that she 'has made representation on my behalf to the Hounslow Social Services.....'  I never asked her to do this, and  H SS have nothing whatever to do with the matter - so all a waste of everyone's time.She finishes by saying that 'as soon as (I) receive a reply I will contact you again.,  In the meanwhile if I can be of any further assistance, with this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact me again.'  'Hesitation' is the operative word when this is the sort of reply one receives.  Obviously she hasn't truly bothered to read my letters.

LoisI realise that you shouldn’t have to but it might be worth writing direct to Tony Blair, especially seeing that you haven’t been extended as much as the courtesy of a reply from Ann Keen.

It is no surprise to hear that another constituant of Ann Keen has been ignored. If it's of any comfort to Lois, three weeks is a very short time not to have heard from our MP. Some people have waited years for a reply. In one case she replied to a person after he had died.
