Creating a Berlin wall in community districts is a major mistake. Nasty and divisive.I wonder if the debacle in Ealing is deliberate to show what a disaster this can be.Just why would such a shame be installed in an already quieter than average district and divide it up in to sectors? There are places which are real hell for residents but hey! No plans for any LTNs there, not even a trial. And Chiswick High Road, Backed up all the way to Ravenscourt Park even late into the evenings with what is a massively lower amount of traffic just vindicates all those concerns that were dismissed as " Won't be the case"You cannot have commerce without connections and good infrastructure.Without commerce no jobs, without jobs not income, without income no tax revenue, without that then what?
