I have a very old gas cooker which needs replacing can anyone recommend an experienced gas fitter who could come and fit a new one, please let me know, thanks

CORGI is no more and hasn't been for some time. You need someone registered on the GAS SAFE register for domestic gas. The register is searchable by post code and will show all of the local installers. That said, the company supplying your new cooker will probably offer an installation/ old appliance recycling service if you ask them.

Have a look at the Classified listing here. It must be a person registered with CORGI. Also don't the company selling you the new cooker know a company/fitter, or even your gas supplier?
