This plot of land was sold for £65,000 today with a reserve of £57,000, which suggests there wasn't much interest and nobody felt there was much they could do with it - yet!

Does the board-walk access from the Sky campus to Boston Manor station that has been talked about go along the edge of that land ? Could that open up more potential options ?
