CIC wasting your money

The CIC, always complaining about being short of funds, somehow managed to find the money to put up new noticeboards around Gunnersbury Park showing Putt in the Park, which doesn't exist and whose planning application remains refused. This is outrageously arrogant behaviour, showing a total lack of respect for due process. I would like to ask two questions:1. Who came up with this wheeze and decided it was a good idea?2. Who authorised this waste of public money?But, of course, this is the 'Community Interest' Company, unanswerable to anyone, free to throw away taxpayers' money without any fear of being called to account for its actions.They owe the community an apology for their mismanagement. The parallels between the current exposing of sleaze and closed agendas in Government seem to be reflected by the way in which this CiC and councils are behaving towards this community facility and others.Just why are Council officers and some councillors refusing to be drawn or even display a curiosity of how this CIC conducts itself towards the community?It's not the only one. But they are handling taxpayers money and have health salaries for the actual work they do.  But accountable to whom?From recent communications, it seems there degree of naivety from council officers and portfolio holding councillors on both councils, is either an agenda led smokescreen or they have been mislead to a degree of incompetent gullibility.There should be a full enquiry into just why so much is being done with such secrecy and inaccessibility to local communities - especially when it is our money one way or another that is being mismanaged and local amenities brushed aside with no proper mandate.Not even answerable to Freedom of Information act requests.What idiots agreed to that for a public facility when drafting a contract ?
