The damage already done in far more sensitive and prominent locations makes this seem rather strange. So it's OK to ruin the St Paul's Conservation area, damage the ambience of Leyton road, stuff up the riverside at Watermans , affect the streets off Windmill Road, all with stereotype poor architecture and something tucked away with an already dominant backdrop gets this report.Makes no sense unless this developer is not one of the preferred members of the developer elite club.
